There's a shuttle across the street to take you to the Village, and you'll be within walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops, and a movie theater, as well as Mammoth Creek Park. Park your vehicles in the two parking spaces in front, leave your gear in the locked ski and snowboard closet, and step inside your vacation home (the lack of stairs makes this rental an excellent choice for guests with mobility issues).
