Through the dining room, a parlor/sitting area features a leather sofa and wall-mounted smart TV with access to the deck and a shared, full bathroom. Make the most of bluebird days with barbecues on the furnished back deck, and later, take a dip in the hot tub for the perfect end to your day. A stairway from the main part of the house leads to three of the home's four guest rooms. A primary bedroom features an en suite bathroom, a dedicated desk/workspace, and a flatscreen smart TV. A shared, full bathroom is located between the other two bedrooms. A stairway leading from the mudroom off the garage accesses a loft-style bedroom complete with a full, en suite bathroom, sofa seating, and dedicated desk/workplace with a flatscreen smart TV.

Sitting at the edge of Arapaho and Roosevelt National Forests, Fraser is an outdoor wonderland and this home is right in the heart of all the action. Enjoy walking distance to world-class fishing in the Fraser River or hike along the water's edge on the River Ridge Trail. In winter, head over to nearby Fraser Tubing Hill for snow-filled family fun. Just down the road, the Grand Park Community Rec Center offers an indoor pool with a lazy river and water slides.
