Perfectly located next to historic Captain Jack’s Wharf and just a short stroll from both the center of town and numerous beaches, this special home dates to 1880 but has been fully renovated with luxurious amenities and high-end finishes. The home has generous water frontage and direct access to the beach through a private gate. Offering more than 2400 square feet of living space plus expansive outdoor deck space on three levels. Each of three large bedrooms is on a separate floor with en suite bathroom. An additional powder room serves the first floor.

Prepare your favorite meals in the chef's kitchen with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, a wine fridge, and a large center island with plenty of counter space for easy meal prep. The open plan kitchen, dining, and living area maximize enjoyment of the expansive water views. Step outside to a backyard oasis, laze in the sunshine on the oversized water view deck, step through a private gate onto the beach for a swim in the water, and use the outdoor grill and dining area for a complete alfresco experience.

When you aren't relaxing downstairs, the second floor has an expansive family room for lounging, games and movie night on the 65” Frame television. The second floor water view deck offers additional plush outdoor seating and another outdoor table for more intimate dining or afternoon cocktails.

The home's bedrooms are places of peace with their soft linens, charming nautical-themed mementos, and hardwood flooring. The primary bedroom’s elegant soaking tub and large walk-in shower make perfect places to unwind after a day's shopping, hitting the art galleries, restaurants, or beaches. Multiple workspaces and fast Wi-Fi make it easy for remote workers to tune into their projects. Central air-conditioning and a private washer/dryer round out the home's interior amenities.

While it is a short walk to almost any Ptown attraction, a bike rack is provided for easy, secure on-site bike storage and free parking is available for 2 vehicles (tandem).

Late check-out is offered whenever possible for a small fee. - No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises. - No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to Vacasa prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. How to Report Damage Please report accidental damage as soon as it occurs so we can assess and minimize the extent of the damages. Damage Waiver Additional Terms and Conditions The Damage Waiver only covers damage that occurs during the authorized rental period and that Renter or an authorized guest reports PRIOR TO CHECK OUT. The Damage Waiver does not cover intentional damage or damage caused by smoking, pets or other animals brought onto the Property, or criminal activity. The Damage Waiver does not cover damage to any structure other than the Property covered by your confirmed, non-fraudulent reservation. Renter is responsible for any accidental damage that exceeds $3,000. Damages for covered claims in excess of $3,000 or for uncovered claims will be charged to the Renter's credit card.
