Along with bunk accommodations for up to 48 guests, the property boasts a scenic setting complete with several walking trails and abundant wildlife. The 4200 sq ft central lodge includes a central meeting room/auditorium equipped with a trio of monitors and a PA sound system with a dedicated audio-visual assistant that can even be arranged prior to your stay so that you can be sure there are no technical difficulties during any planned ceremonies. Table-and-chair setup is also available if needed. A galley-style full kitchen is equipped with a suite of updated stainless steel appliances for added convenience.

While the property is designed for self-contained camp living, you'll be located within a 10-mile drive of Woodville, making it easy to pick up any provisions or supplies like plates, cups, and utensils. Martin Dies, Jr. State Park and the Steinhagen Reservoir are about 16 miles away.

Check-in time: 4:00 pm.
Check-out time: 10:00 am.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Guests are responsible for supplying all eating utensils. These items are not provided in the home.
The PA system and included audio-visual assistant can be accommodated for an additional charge. Please reach out to your local host after booking for more information.
