With a king bed in the primary bedroom, a queen bed in the guest bedroom, a twin bunk bed in the separate bunk area, along with a queen sofa bed in the living room, Waterscape B407H accommodates up to eight guests comfortably. Upon entering this tastefully decorated condo, you will find the bunk area on the left, including its own TV, perfect for children to kick their feet up and relax. Conveniently located near the bunk area is a half-bath. The well-equipped kitchen is located to the right of the entrance, boasting stunning granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, as well as all utensils and cookware needed to create your own meals while on vacation. Nestled in the kitchen area is a stackable washer/dryer combination, allowing you to pack lightly to leave plenty of room for souvenirs. The kitchen opens into the dining area and living room, providing plenty of space for the whole family. Enjoy a home-cooked family meal and good conversation at the spacious dining table. Step into the welcoming living area, featuring matching furnishings and décor, along with a large TV and DVD player combination. Cozy up with your loved ones for a movie night after a long day of soaking up the sun on the beach or simply exploring all that Okaloosa Island has to offer. The primary bedroom is located to the right of the living room and is adorned with floral, beachy décor. Enjoy endless movies with the TV and DVD player. The primary bedroom leads into its own en suite master bathroom, boasting a double vanity, a large garden tub, along with a capacious walk-in shower.

Beach service is included from March to October.
All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the
RFID wristbands provided by VACASA. These wristbands are mandatory
for access to all Waterscape amenities.
Please note:
● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.
● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.
● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests
and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants
count toward max occupancy regardless of age
● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to
receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay
● A $25 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are
lost or not returned at checkout.
● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands
● Wristbands are not required for beach access

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
