An opulent en-suite bath features a deep jetted tub and separate walk-in shower. The second bedroom comes with a queen bed and a private balcony, while the third bedroom is perfect for the kids with a full bed and twin trundle.
The attached two-car garage is perfect to store your outdoor gear.

In this same area, you'll find a skate park, children's playground, and a disk golf course. During the summer, enjoy many nearby mountain biking and trail running options, including the Sawtooth Trail located a 2-minute drive up the hill from your home. Both Lake Tahoe and Donner Lake are a short drive away and offer many recreational activities, such as swimming and kayaking.
A number of amazing ski resorts are also a short drive away, including Northstar (10 min), Sugar Bowl (25 min), Alpine Meadows, and Squaw Valley USA (20 min). There's also a range of stunning golf courses nearby.
