Wailea Beach Villas Penthouse 207 – your base in Paradise over the next few days, offers plenty of room for family and friends, with 2,000 square feet plus two lanai areas.From your reserved, underground parking space, a keyed-elevator takes you to the private landing at your doorstep, overlooking a tropical pathway with lava rock wall and lush greenery.Upon entering your ultra-luxurious vacation suite centrally located within the Penthouse building, you’ll be drawn to the open floor plan that features a comfortable living room, quiet den with shoji screen doors, gourmet kitchen and dining area with sliding doors that open to a lanai with built-in Viking barbecue grill, and overlooks the sparkling family pool and lush tropical pathway that leads to Wailea Beach and the beachfront infinity pool.
Stepping out onto the lanai, inhaling the tropical air, you'll be delighted to discover you are high enough for a partial ocean view, yet low enough to enjoy the aloha ambiance of the tiki torches flickering off the pool's water on those magical, Maui nights. The soft splashing of a waterfall in the background completes the tropical setting.
Back inside, the European gourmet style kitchen, equipped with top of the line, built-in appliances - Gaggenau Ceran cook top, Thermador stainless steel convection and microwave ovens, two sub-zero refrigerators with freezer, icemaker and cold drawers and a Bosch electronic dishwasher is fully stocked with cookware and tableware.
The opulent master bedroom is furnished with a king bed and features a spacious en-suite bathroom with soaker tub, glass enclosed seated shower, dual granite-top vanity, private water closet and generous walk-in closet with in-room privacy safe.
A guest bedroom is comfortably furnished with two twin beds and adjoining semi-private bathroom with a dual granite top vanity, tub/shower combination and private water closet. This bathroom also exits directly to the hall for common use.
