The sleek, gourmet kitchen comes fully appointed with chef's grade appliances and beautiful cabinet finishing, along with plenty of prep space and utensils provided to spark dinner party inspiration. There's seating for six at the breakfast bar and the formal dining table can accommodate up to eight. Fire up the deluxe gas grill out on the balcony for sunset meals. Private en suite features include a walk-in closet and bathroom with a zero-entry shower. The guest room features a smart TV and dedicated desk. There is an additional bathroom located on the main floor for household use. A third full bathroom can be found in the upstairs loft.

THINGS TO KNOW
There is a zero-tolerance policy for extra guests at any time. Violating the maximum occupancy of six people will result in immediate eviction from the premises of all parties. No refunds will be issued.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
