Multi-family cabin in the heart of Bear Valley!

This is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home on 3 levels!

The main level is warm and welcoming with an open plan living area,
comfortable leather sofas, a candy rock feature fireplace with a propane
insert for those cozy evenings by the fire. There is also a large TV with
firestick capability and a DVD player. There are large windows (double pane
throughout) that allow light to stream in so even in the heaviest snowfall the
cabin feels welcoming! The dining table seats up to 8 and is positioned to
enjoy the views. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom on the main layer. Both
bedrooms are queen rooms.

The kitchen is open plan with great views and bar seating. It is fully
equipped, with a coffee machine and filters, dishwasher, blender, cookware
etc. A large fridge freezer is available for your groceries.

Upstairs there is an open loft, with 4 beds and a small bathroom built into
the eaves. It is a spacious room and ideal for children (Note! there is a
staircase and the room is open to the living area with railings. The windows
in the living area room have no window treatments). There are 3 twin beds and
a queen comfortably laid out.

Downstairs is another bedroom with two twin beds, a bathroom and a second
living area - a large games room! Watch a show on the TV or break out the ping
pong for hours of fun. There is a sleeper sofa in the games room.

Outside there are 2 decks, 1 of them being a large private deck with a couple
of airondack chairs for morning coffee. It overlooks a firepit nestled in the
granite boulders than scatter the property. Access is by way of a cul de sac
in the summer months, leading to ample off street parking. In the winter
access will be via snowmobile when you check in and out; between your check-in
and check-out days, you can request snowmobile taxi service. And there is a
great sledding hill right next door!

Well behaved dogs are welcome.

Bear Valley Snowmobile is your headquarter for renting your own snow machine
for your stay, rather than walking. Cabin is a 15 minute walk from village
center where you will find the lodge, general store and other village
amenities.

**Please note, that during Winter, roads to the houses are closed to wheeled
vehicles. As part of your reservation, we provide snowmobile transportation
upon your arrival and departure. For your consideration, snowmobile rentals
are available through Bear Valley Snowmobile, located in the village.

Over the Snow Transportation is required to get to this home in the winter
months due to the roads being closed. Transportation is provided and scheduled
through the Host, Bear Valley Vacation Rentals. The cost of the transportation
was included in the cost of your initial booking. During the summer months
when the road is open, you can drive to the home. The dates for which over the
snow transportation is needed may vary due to snow levels but road closures
are typically from approximately 12/1 to 5/1 annually.

Our properties always have all beds made, except for the top bunk of bunk
beds, where the linens are provided for guests to make themselves. If the
guest exceeds the number of beds available, there will be an additional charge
$35 per guest and we will need to be notified in advance to ensure proper
accommodations.
