access right from the complex and can float directly from or back to the

Wristband Pickup/Return: Must be collected and returned at our office (less
than 2 miles away).
No Pets & No Smoking
No RVs, Trailers, Parties, or Daytime Guests
Primary Renter: Must be 25+ years old and staying at the property.
Identification: Renter’s photo ID and credit card required at check-in or via
email.
Rental Agreement: Electronic agreement must be signed prior to arrival.
Security: Outdoor driveways and parking areas may be monitored by video
cameras per HOA and city regulations.
Damage Protection: Includes accidental damage coverage up to $1,500.
