Located on the north end of beautiful Sunriver, this residential home is quiet and private and offers a relaxing space to spend quality time with loved ones. Year-round fun is found around every corner of this resort! Snow sports in the winter and everything from fly-fishing to swimming in the summer will keep everyone happily entertained.

This tasteful house is welcoming and comfortable and ensure everyone feels right at home among the lovely furnishings and wood floors.

Whip up tasty meals in the full kitchen, which comes well-equipped with major appliances, plus a microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. Then head into the living room to relax on the sofas, watch movies on the flat screen TV, and enjoy the double-sided gas fireplace from either the living room while watching movies or the dining room while eating and playing board games. Cable and WiFi are provided here for your convenience.

Step out to the gorgeous deck to take in amazing views while sipping a cold beverage, chatting with fellow travelers, soaking up some sun, and relaxing in the hot tub. Lay out blankets on the grass and enjoy a picnic style BBQ while the kids run and play in the great outdoors.

This home comes with various bikes for morning rides. Another great amenity includes a washer and dryer, which makes packing light and always having a fresh outfit a breeze.

The lower main floor houses a stunning master suite with a king-size bed, flatscreen TV, and attached full bathroom. A second bedroom with a king-size bed shared the hallway bathroom with the third room, which features a queen-size bed and a twin bunk bed.

The last bedroom is found upstairs and is perfect for retreating to after a day filled with excitement. A king-size bed, flatscreen TV, and jetted tub and separate shower in the en suite bathroom spoil guests who stay here. With four bedrooms and six beds, there's space for all 10 travelers.

No matter what time of year you visit stunning Sunriver, you're bound to have a blast. Winter months when snow covers the ground, enjoy indoor activities around town and at SHARC (complimentary passes included) where you can swim in the pools.

Or drive 20 miles to Mt. Bachelor for fantastic downhill skiing and snowboarding! Snowmobile rentals can be found right at the Village at Sunriver as well. And in the summer, take the family to the Village for rides on the miniature train after shopping and dining.

SHARC also boasts outdoor pools, a lazy river, splash pads, and much more for outdoor enjoyment. Go hiking, horseback riding, and fly fishing in the Deschutes River nearby.

Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. - If early check-in is available for your reservation, you will be notified by 9 a.m. on the morning of your arrival by email. Late check-out is offered whenever possible for a small fee. - No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises. - No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property.
