family getaway or a large family gathering. The upstairs private master suite
has a king bed, gas fireplace, and private en-suite bathroom with double
vanity, stand-up shower, and soaking tub. The second master bedroom is on the
lowest downstairs level and has two queen beds, and en-suite bathroom with
stand up shower. The third bedroom boasts a queen bed with access to the full
hallway bathroom, and a desk area if you must get work done remotely. The
fourth bedroom is the perfect kids hideaway featuring two twin beds (please
note this room does not have a closet), and access to the full shared hall
bath with tub/shower combo. The lower level has an open plan den that offers
additional sleeping with a sleeper sofa, and flatscreen TV, and leads out to
the lower deck with private hot tub to enjoy a soak after a long day of fun.
Additional comforts of this elegant cabin include a private laundry room with
washer/dryer, a 2-car garage (garage clearance is 7' 8") with additional
parking for one vehicles in the private driveway and free WIFI. This three
story townhome has 3 levels inside, and 8 steps to the main front entrance.

townhome has 3 levels inside, and 8 steps to the main front entrance. No
smoking allowed, no pets, and a maximum of 12 people. All guests receive
complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities
including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga,
pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided two parking passes.
If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our
office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time PLEASE
NOTE: The road in and out of the Timbers development is scheduled to be
repaved during the Summer of 2025. During this time access in and out of the
complex by vehicle may be impacted. Alternate parking locations will be
provided if needed. We have no control over scheduling and cannot offer
