Three Girls is a spacious and beautifully rebuilt oceanfront home located
inside the gated west end of the island, offering stunning views and direct
access to an uncrowded beach via a private walkway. Large picture windows on
the oceanfront first floor fill the home with natural light, while two levels
of covered porches provide unforgettable ocean views. Completely taken down to
the studs and expanded by a Holden Beach–based architect, this home was fully
rebuilt in 2022 and now offers 3,200 square feet of thoughtfully designed
living space with a relaxed, understated coastal style.

This home features six well-sized bedrooms and six and a half baths, with two
bedrooms on the first level and four upstairs. Each bedroom has its own
private bath with fully tiled showers and quartz countertops. Two separate
sitting rooms—one on each level—offer additional space for reading, TV
streaming, games, or quiet time away from the main living area. Sleeping
accommodations include five queen bedrooms and one upstairs bunk room with two
bunk beds (four beds total), allowing occupancy for up to fourteen guests. A
Pack ’n Play is also available.

The first-floor living area is open and inviting, designed for comfort and
gathering. The oceanfront dining area offers beautiful views and an expandable
table that seats up to twelve. The gourmet kitchen is fully updated with
stainless steel appliances, including a high-end Italian induction range,
custom cabinetry, and a large quartz island with seating for five—perfect for
group cooking and entertaining. New wood flooring flows throughout the
kitchen, dining area, and all rooms in the home.

Additional features include five TVs located in the living area, both sitting
rooms, one first-floor bedroom, and one upstairs bedroom, along with family
games in the common areas. Outdoor amenities include a saltwater private
swimming pool, an enclosed hot and cold outdoor shower beneath the home, and
an additional outdoor shower along the pool walkway. The upper level offers a
modern laundry room with new appliances, ceiling fans throughout, and a
garage-level 240V outlet for electric vehicle charging (guests must bring
their own charging cord).
