Outside, you’ll find a private balcony with partial ocean views, accessible both from the living room and the primary bedroom. Grab a seat on one of the rocking Adirondack chairs for morning coffee or evening cocktails and get comfortable. Inside, you’ll find a stylishly furnished, open space, boasting hardwood floors and lots of natural light. The chef will love the well-equipped kitchen, with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, and the gang can dine together at the adjacent table for 10. After a day at the beach, the oversized sectional in the living room and streaming-capable TV offer the perfect opportunity to relax, but if you can’t agree on a program, no problem - each bedroom features a TV as well. THINGS TO KNOW
The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
Streaming services are available with guest accounts.
Elevators are available in the building.
Electric vehicles are not permitted to park in the Sandbridge Dunes garage.
This includes lithium-Ion Hybrids and Lithium-ion bikes. Electric bikes and any Segway toys are not permitted in the units. They are fire hazards. Vehicles must be parked outside and away from the building. You will need to park outside either in the North or West lot, Marlin Drive, or in the public lot South of the community.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
This rental is located on floor 2.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.




Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
