All four bedrooms have TVs and three of the four are paired with private bathrooms. The primary suite is on the second floor, offering elegant furnishings, a magnificent private balcony overlooking the ocean, a bathroom with a vaulted ceiling, a tiled walk-in shower, and a jetted tub.

The Sanctuary offers wonderful on-site amenities, including three outdoor pools, Viking grills, and two fitness centers. Adjacent to the complex is the 400-foot fishing pier at Little Island Park, which also includes a children’s playground; tennis, pickleball, basketball, and volleyball courts; and enough public parking for the unexpected visitor. Just down the road, you can explore Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge, which offers beach access and hiking trails galore.

Things to Know
The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.
This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
