To highlight the many state-of-the art amenities this incredible vacation villa offers, you'll find a full-service pub with tall table seating, beer wells, a three-hopper Margaritaville frozen drink maker, a pool table, poker table, jukebox, and a large TV. There is a private deck off the pub, an arcade room with old school video games, a theater room with relaxing lounge style chairs and recliners, an outdoor pool with a large paved deck and pool cabana bar with TV, a heated indoor pool, two full kitchens, a wine bar, and a coffee station, and a beautiful dining area with a large dining table and lit glass panel features, plus private deck for star gazing and sipping your favorite evening beverage. There is also an elevator servicing all levels of the home, commercial ice maker, covered and open decks, and a 'super suite' located on each floor, offering king bedding and luxury water features in the baths.

The first floor offers five bedroom suites each with a private bath. There are two king suites (one super suite with luxury water features) and three double queen suites, all with TVs and beautiful furnishings, a full kitchen with seating and easy access to the pool deck, an arcade room, a theater room, an elevator, a commercial ice maker, a laundry room, and a hall bath.

The second floor offers two bedroom suites, each with a private bath. There is a king super suite with luxury water features and double queen suite with TVs, a huge living room with electric fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows for expansive ocean views, a full-service pub, a large gourmet kitchen with two gas ranges, two dishwashers, two refrigerators, a wine bar, a coffee station, a second laundry room, a hallway bath, and open and covered decks.

The third floor offers six bedroom suites each with a private bath. There are two king suites (one super suite with luxury water features), two double queen suites, and two bunk rooms, each with two twin-over-double bunks and playfully decorated for children, all with TVs, a third laundry room, a small corner seating area overlooking the lower great room.

The outside grounds are beautifully landscaped to showcase the sparkling swimming pool, paved pool deck, and cabana bar with a TV and a grilling area with gas grills. Enjoy an evening watching the ocean from the decks or relax in the sun or shade under many covered and open areas. When inclement weather arises no need to worry! Spend some time in the heated indoor pool!

UNIT SPECIFIC TERMS - Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. - No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. - The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. - All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. - If early check-in is available for your reservation, you will be notified by 9 a.m. on the morning of your arrival by email. Late check-out is offered whenever possible for a small fee. - No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises. - No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected. - Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy. - Permit ID: 2025-STRR-00065 - Due to local laws, regulations, or Homeowner Association rules, guests may be required to agree to additional terms of service. How to Report Damage Please report accidental damage as soon as it occurs so we can assess and minimize the extent of the damages.
