The interior of this condo is inviting and spacious. It features three roomy bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower and a large tub, and a balcony with views of the pool and the bay. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, an attached bathroom, and a flat-screen TV. The third bedroom features two twin beds, a flat-screen TV, and a private attached bath. The open and comfortable living area boasts ample seating around a gas log fireplace. The dining area offers seating for the entire family and provides a beautiful view of the pool and the harbor, which you can also enjoy from your private first-floor balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of dishes and cookware, as well as a spacious walk-in pantry. A full-sized laundry room inside the unit adds to your convenience, and free Wi-Fi is available during your stay.

The complex is gated and secure to ensure that only authorized guests can access the fantastic facilities. You'll be captivated by the stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico, Perdido Pass, Ono Island, Robinson Island, and Walker Island. The complex offers a large workout room equipped with free weights, ellipticals, stationary bikes, weight machines, a sauna, and a steam room. The expansive zero-entry pool is located right on the bay, offering breathtaking views. There's also a smaller pool for children. After a long day of fun and activities, unwind in the hot tub to relax your muscles.

The Moorings is conveniently located in the heart of Orange Beach, with easy access to some of the best shops, restaurants, and nightlife the area has to offer. Cosmo's Restaurant and Bar, renowned for its cuisine, is just a short drive away, and The Wharf, a vibrant entertainment complex filled with restaurants, shops, and entertainment, is a little further down the road. The Moorings blends luxury, comfort, and recreational amenities to create a spectacular and unforgettable vacation experience.

For reservations during the Winter Season (January and February) made before October 1st, there is a minimum stay requirement of 60 days (two months). Reservations that don't meet this criterion are subject to cancellation by the management. After October 1st, reservations for the winter months may be made for a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications. This property is professionally managed by Poole and Associates.

Additional information: Vehicle registration tags are required and can be purchased upon arrival or by contacting the management office directly. A maximum of two vehicles is allowed. Watercraft storage is not permitted on the property. Linens are provided, but please bring your own beach towels. The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, one trash bag per trash can, and one roll of paper towels.

Guests must be at least 25 years of age or older to rent this property, and photo ID is required at check-in. Smoking is not permitted, and pets are not allowed.
