ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Upstairs Master bedroom has a queen bed, bath and deck. Downstairs second bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and bath. Third bedroom downstairs queen bed, two twin beds, and TV. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Full kitchen with a stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices and more.

AMENITIES - Board games include Cards Against Humanity Family Edition, Chutes and Ladders, and more. Smart TVs and streaming apps along with fast WiFi. Relax by the cozy wood burning fireplace.

OUTDOORS - Deck with barbecue perfect place for family to hang out and play!

PARKING - 2 car driveway

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 5 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
