LIVING SPACE - Comfortable 1200+ sq ft home with living room, TV, dining table, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Upstairs first bedroom has a king bed and ceiling fan. Upstairs second bedroom has a double bed with a twin trundle and ceiling fan. The living room has a futon and a large sectional that pushes together to form a twin bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Full kitchen with appliances, stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - A theater projector with a surround sound system and smart TV with streaming apps and fast WiFi. Board games and card games.
Washer dryer available.

OUTDOORS - Soak away the days in the relaxing hot tub or get cozy by the wood burning stove fireplace. Fully fenced yard on a large spacious lot with a wraparound deck with gas barbecue and patio table with chairs. Plenty of space for snow play in the winter.

Per county requirements, we are permitted a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Please do not book or arrive with more than the maximum or you could be fined from the city and evicted with no refund.
