Set on a wonderful open property, just one mile from the beach and a short way from Neacoxie Creek, your stay will surely be filled exploring nature's beauty. The wraparound covered porch completes the incredible and spacious home, perfect for a quiet getaway with your loved ones.

White-washed walls and shining wood floors bring out a beachy and upscale feel in every room. The living room, which has wicker sofas, a fireplace, and a flatscreen cable TV (DVD player included) is open to the dining room and kitchen.

After delicious meals are prepared in the fully stocked kitchen, sit at the ivory colored dining room table to enjoy quality family time with a home-cooked meal.
Clean up is made easy with the dishwasher, and all you'll need to bring are fresh ingredients as this kitchen comes with major appliances, a microwave, blender, coffeemaker, and more.

Also on the main floor are two bedrooms, one full bathroom with a tub/shower combination, and a laundry room.

The master suite and full attached bathroom make up the top floor, giving the couple who stays here a wonderful retreat within their vacation. Among the six beds here, all six guests have a place to rest each night.

And seeing as you can bring one dog (with an additional fee) and that WiFi is provided, you may want to extend your unforgettable stay as long as you can.

UNIT SPECIFIC TERMS - Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. - The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. - All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. - If early check-in is available for your reservation, you will be notified by 9 a.m. on the morning of your arrival by email. Late check-out is offered whenever possible for a small fee. - No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises. - No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected. - Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy. - Permit ID: STR20-00200 - Due to local laws, regulations, or Homeowner Association rules, guests may be required to agree to additional terms of service. A signed paper contract is required to be completed and returned to Vacasa. - Property Specific terms: My guest(s) and I acknowledge this home is on septic and occupancy is limited to 8 (max adults 8). I further agree to the following: Guest will not exceed 8 (max adults 8), this includes visitors No more than 8 (max adults 8) people can take showers at the home. No heavy paper products flushed - this includes but is not limited to feminine hygiene products, baby wipes and toiletry wipes. Assume responsibility for any costs incurred if the system is overloaded by improper use during your reservation. Septic Tank Tips: Use water efficiently - Average indoor water use in the typical single-family home is almost 70 gallons per person per day. The more water a household conserves, the less water enters the septic system. Efficient water use can improve the operation of the septic system and reduce the risk of failure. Waste disposal - What shouldnt you flush down your toilet? Dental floss, feminine hygiene products, condoms, diapers, cotton swabs, cigarette butts, coffee grounds, cat litter, paper towels, and other kitchen and bathroom items that can clog and potentially damage septic system components if they become trapped. Flushing household chemicals, gasoline, oil, pesticides, antifreeze, and paint can stress or destroy the biological treatment taking place in the system or might contaminate surface waters and groundwater. Washing machines - By selecting the proper load size, youll reduce water waste. Washing small loads of laundry on the large-load cycle wastes precious water and energy. Try to spread water usage throughout your stay and select the right load size. What makes a system fail? - If the amount of wastewater entering the system is more than the system can handle, the wastewater backs up into the house or yard and creates a health hazard.
