  • By booking this reservation, you agree to the additional policies, terms, and conditions below. UNIT SPECIFIC TERMS - Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. - 4 dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. - The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. - All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. - If early check-in is available for your reservation, you will be notified by 9 a.m. on the morning of your arrival by email. Late check-out is offered whenever possible for a small fee. - No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises. - No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected. - Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy. - Due to local laws, regulations, or Homeowner Association rules, guests may be required to agree to additional terms of service. A signed paper contract is required to be completed and returned to Vacasa. - Property Specific terms: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee with the following costs, plus tax if applicable: 0-2 bedrooms: $15 per night 3-4 bedrooms: $20 per night 5+ or more bedrooms: $25 per night The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to Vacasa prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. How to Report Damage Please report accidental damage as soon as it occurs so we can assess and minimize the extent of the damages. Damage Waiver Additional Terms and Conditions The Damage Waiver only covers damage that occurs during the authorized rental period and that Renter or an authorized guest reports PRIOR TO CHECK OUT. The Damage Waiver does not cover intentional damage or damage caused by smoking, pets or other animals brought onto the Property, or criminal activity. The Damage Waiver does not cover damage to any structure other than the Property covered by your confirmed, non-fraudulent reservation. Renter is responsible for any accidental damage that exceeds $3,000. Damages for covered claims in excess of $3,000 or for uncovered claims will be charged to the Renter’s credit card. The Damage Waiver program is provided and administered by Vacasa and is not an insurance policy. The Damage Waiver does not provide liability coverage and does not cover vehicles or guest personal items. Pet Rules We understand that dogs are part of the family, and we're delighted to host you and your furry friends as long as the vacation rental allows pets. To ensure a comfortable and safe stay for all of our guests, including the four-legged ones, we ask that you follow these rules during your stay: 1. Pet Approval:    - Notify us about your pet(s) when booking your stay. There may be restrictions on the number, size, and breed of pets allowed or the unit may not be pet-friendly.  2. Pet Fees:    - A non-refundable pet fee is required to cover additional cleaning and wear-and-tear associated with pet stays. 3. Leash and Supervision:    - Keep your pets leashed or restrained in common areas and adhere to local leash laws when outside of the rental property.    - Never leave pets unattended in the rental property, especially when they are outdoors. If you do please leave in a kennel.  4. Cleanliness:    - Please pick up after your pet promptly, both indoors and outdoors, and dispose of waste properly.    - Avoid bathing pets in the rental’s bathtubs or showers. Local pet-friendly services are available for grooming needs. 5. Furniture and Bedding:    - Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding unless you've brought a pet cover or blanket to protect the furnishings.    - Additional cleaning fees may be charged if pet hair is found on furniture or bedding. 6. Noise and Disturbance: - Ensure that your pets are not causing excessive noise or disturbance to neighbors or other guests in accordance with our “Good Neighbor Policy”.     - Address any barking or behavioral issues promptly to maintain a peaceful environment. 7. Property Boundaries:    - Respect the property boundaries and ensure your pets do not stray onto neighboring properties. 8. Safety and Health:    - Ensure that your pets are up to date on vaccinations and flea/tick treatments to protect both your pets and the property.    - In case of an emergency, be aware of the location of the nearest veterinary clinic. 9. Damage Responsibility:    - You are responsible for any damage caused by your pets. Please report any accidents or damage immediately to avoid additional charges. 10. Departure:     - Before leaving, double-check that the property is free of any pet-related messes or damages.     - Ensure that all pet-related items (toys, food dishes, etc.) are packed and nothing is left behind. Adhering to these rules helps us maintain our properties in top condition and allows us to continue offering pet-friendly accommodations. Non-compliance with these rules may result in additional fees or the inability to book with Vacasa in the future. Thank you for your cooperation and for choosing Vacasa for your stay.
