Discover a well-appointed ground-floor patio furnished with two outdoor dining areas, two second-floor balconies (one with a second outdoor dining area and another one with a Weber grill and a pellet grill), and a third-floor balcony overlooking the dock with magnificent views of Severn River.

The main level enjoys an open floor plan with wood floors and intimate seating areas throughout. The inviting living room is all about entertainment with two smart TVs with cable and streaming services, a foosball table, a gas fireplace, and plenty of comfortable seating options throughout - everything with exquisite river views! The modern gourmet kitchen has been equipped with high-end appliances, including a SubZero fridge, a Wolf cooktop, a built-in Wolf oven, a Wolf warming drawer, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a SubZero wine fridge. This level also includes a comfy bedroom with an en suite bathroom.

The upper level has an expansive primary suite with a soaring ceiling, a large picture window view, a huge smart TV with streaming and cable, a nice seating area overlooking the river with a telescope, a gorgeous desk with a printer, and an exquisite en suite bath with double vanity, a walk-in shower with a built-in bench, a TV, and a separate soaking tub. The lower level provides another bedroom with a TV and an en suite bath with a regular shower and a separate jetted tub, a sleeping area with a bunk bed and TVs, and a laundry room with a washer/dryer.
