LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1200 sq ft home with living room, TV, ceiling fans, dining table, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath. Downstairs first bedroom has a queen bed and TV. Upstairs second bedroom has a queen bed(connects with third bedroom). Upstairs third bedroom has two twin/double bunk beds(connects with second bedroom). Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stainless steel stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Cable TVs, along with fast WiFi. Board games include Cards Against Humanity Family Edition, Chutes and Ladders, and more. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace.

OUTDOORS - Patio furniture on large deck. Enjoy the spacious back deck with beautiful foresty views or the expansive fenced backyard perfect for your furry friend to run around in!

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 9 people (8 adults max). Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - over occupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
