Tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac, this private retreat offers peace, privacy, and the gentle soundtrack of passing boats and birds overhead. Inside, you’ll find three levels of open living space with seven bedrooms and a gorgeous great room flooded with natural light. The living area features plush seating, a large flat-screen TV, and flows seamlessly into the dining space, kitchen, and cozy lounge. Unique art and thoughtful décor add charm throughout.

The kitchen is perfect for families who love to cook and eat together—complete with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, a built-in oven and stove, a wine fridge, and eco-friendly stainless steel cookware. Filtered reverse osmosis drinking water is available for a healthier, cleaner stay. Large dining table and countertop seating is available, as are additional dining areas outside on the upper-deck level.

Three dreamy bedrooms are on the mid-level, including a spacious King main suite with a luxurious custom-tiled bath, walk-in shower, private deck access, and an outdoor shower. A second King suite with a private bath and a twin room with access to a full hall bath round out this floor. The large laundry room is conveniently located near the main living area.

Upstairs, enjoy 360° views of Sandbridge and the bay, plus a bonus exercise room—ideal for yoga or a peaceful morning stretch.

Downstairs offers four more bedrooms, including a fun kid-themed 2 Twin/Twin bunk room with pool access, a Queen bedroom with pool deck access, King bedroom with a full bath and double sinks (can be locked off just for this room or accessed from the hall), and a King suite with its own full bath and pool deck access. Safety locks on all sliders ensure peace of mind for families with little ones. There is also a convenient additional half bath in the hall.

Out back is where Sunsets & Serenity truly lives up to its name. The raised pool deck gives off infinity-pool vibes, with loungers, and 2 docks perfect for fishing or crabbing. Light the string lights at dusk and soak in the stunning sunsets over the Back Bay Wildlife Refuge—protected land means no neighbors behind you, just calm, quiet nature.

Guests can now enjoy a new grass launch—perfect for launching kayaks, paddleboards, and other water gear brought from home. There’s also a surf closet, three hot/cold outdoor showers, and plenty of space for gear storage.

Families with young kids will appreciate the provided high chair and Pack ‘n Play. And when you’re ready to hit the beach, access is quick and easy with nearby public paths, drop-off areas, and bike racks. Nearest access is Tuna Lane.

UNIT SPECIFIC TERMS - Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. - No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. - The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. - All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. - If early check-in is available for your reservation, you will be notified by 9 a.m. on the morning of your arrival by email. Late check-out is offered whenever possible for a small fee. - No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises. - No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected. - Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy. - Permit ID: 2024-STRR-01234 - Due to local laws, regulations, or Homeowner Association rules, guests may be required to agree to additional terms of service.
