LIVING AREA

The two condos each have an inviting living area, complete with a sleeper sofa and a smart TV.

One unit has an electric fireplace that adds warm ambience.

KITCHEN & DINING

Each condo has a well-equipped kitchen, fitted with a full suite of appliances and ample counter space.

Whip up tasty meals and serve at the kitchen table for four in each unit.

BED & BATH

Each condo sleeps seven guests between two bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa in the living areas.

The primary suite of each unit has a king bed, a smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. One unit has a convenient desk area as well.

The second bedroom in each unit has a twin-over-full bunk bed, and the guest bathrooms each have a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Each unit has a private water-view balcony just off the bedrooms -- one is furnished with a bistro table for two, while the other has two Adirondack chairs.

Shared by both units, a larger balcony off the living areas has two patio swings and bar seating for up to eight. This social space overlooks the waterway leading to the bay.

Reserved parking is available for two cars total in the carport. Additional guest parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis in the adjacent parking lot.

These single-level condos are located on the third floor; elevators are not available. The units do not have an internal connecting door, however quick access between the two is easy via the shared balcony.

LOCATION

Pack a picnic and relax on the beach, located a 5-minute walk from your door! The rental is also within easy walking distance of shopping, watercraft rentals, and a range of restaurants.

Stroll on the Ocean City Boardwalk or make memories at Jolly Roger Amusement Park's Splash Mountain. Other nearby attractions include DiscoverSea Shipwreck Museum, Viking Golf & Go-Karts, and Thunder Lagoon Waterpark.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.

UNIT SPECIFIC TERMS - Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. - The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. - All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. - If early check-in is available for your reservation, you will be notified by 9 a.m. on the morning of your arrival by email. Late check-out is offered whenever possible for a small fee. - No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises. - No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected. - Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy. - Permit ID: 69666 - Due to local laws, regulations, or Homeowner Association rules, guests may be required to agree to additional terms of service. A signed paper contract is required to be completed and returned to Vacasa. - Property Specific terms: Rental Guest understands that we will accept families, couples and responsible adults 25 and over. You will certify that you have read carefully the limitations placed on the number of persons permitted to occupy the premises, and agree to abide by such limitations: if not, you will be asked to leave with no refund. Any noise complaints will be dealt with on an individual basis. Any use of the rental property for a purpose other than residential use for a family vacation must be approved by Vacasa. DAMAGE WAIVER The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee (USD) with the following costs, plus tax if applicable: 0-0 bedrooms: $60 for stays 1-3 nights, $15 per night for stays 4+ nights. 1 bedrooms: $60 for stays 1-3 nights, $15 per night for stays 4+ nights. 2 bedrooms: $80 for stays 1-3 nights, $20 per night for stays 4+ nights. 3 bedrooms: $100 for stays 1-3 nights, $25 per night for stays 4+ nights. 4 bedrooms: $100 for stays 1-3 nights, $25 per night for stays 4+ nights. 5 bedrooms: $120 for stays 1-3 nights, $30 per night for stays 4+ nights. 6 bedrooms: $120 for stays 1-3 nights, $30 per night for stays 4+ nights. 7 bedrooms: $140 for stays 1-3 nights, $35 per night for stays 4+ nights. 8 bedrooms: $140 for stays 1-3 nights, $35 per night for stays 4+ nights. 5 or more bedrooms: $16 per night A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer if permitted. How to Report Damage Please report accidental damage as soon as it occurs so we can assess and minimize the extent of the damages.
