Port Aransas poolside luxury home is part of the Palmilla Resort, and the amenities are fantastic: Two on-site pools which are heated during the winter, a boardwalk and a green common area with park benches for kids to play. The Oasis pool features the only swim-up bar on the island! The newly designed nine–hole golf course incorporates the best of true links–style play, winding through the community, and is suitable for players of all levels. The beach is within a short walk, just 600 feet away.

INSIDE THE HOUSE
An elevator or stairs are your options for this tri-level beauty! In our open, airy space, tall windows and light blues and greens blend to create an inviting coastal retreat. Balconies provide birds-eye views of the ocean and beautifully landscaped resort neighborhood!
The living area, with its cool blues and distressed wood floors, has two focal areas. The first is the bar, completely set up for all your beverages, and has a wine cooler. The second is the huge flat-screen TV. Couches, chairs and barstools provide conversational seating for 17.
Extras include a Spectrum select cable package with 155+ channels, including Disney+, VIX Premium, Paramount +, Max, Peacock Premium, AMC+. Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is also provided, as is a telephone landline for local and long-distance calls in the U.S. and Canada. The homes televisions use ROKU and Spectrum. They are smart TVs, and you can sign in to a service that you have a subscription to during your stay.
The open kitchen is filled with natural light from tall windows. It boasts state-of-the-art stainless appliances, including a gas range. The island bar area seats eight and provides tons of prep space. Two round tables bookend the kitchen and sit 12 people total for a communal meal.
Off the kitchen is a powder room.
This large home has four bedrooms, each equipped with Spectrum TV and wireless internet.
The master bedroom features a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a glass walk-in shower, a soaking tub, and a double vanity.

THE LOCATION
The on-site Black Marlin Seaside Grill, Reds Patio Bar, Agave Poolside Cantina, and the local coffee truck serving coffee and breakfast items are within walking distance, as is the beach. But if you do decide to go explore, fish, shop, or dine, downtown Port A is just a 5-minute drive away!

The thoughtfully designed Palmilla community amenities include access to a private, groomed beach with air-conditioned bathrooms and food services-this is a game changer! Call Guest Services to rent beach chairs and umbrellas to be set up for you when you arrive, reserve a poolside cabana at either resort pool or rent a golf cart to explore the community or drive on the beach into town. The Guest Services pavilion has wristbands that grant VIP access to wonderful amenities.
The newly redesigned 9-hole course incorporates the best of true links-style play and winds its way throughout the Palmilla Beach Resort Community. Offering 9 holes carved out of untamed native dunes along the golf course, Palm Beach challenges golfers of any skill level with ocean breezes, rolling lush fairways lined with native grasses, and challenging greens.
