Up one level is the king master, a bunk bedroom, a flex room with a futon and
the second bathroom with a shower and tub.

THIRD FLOOR
Up one level again is an additional queen bedroom.

BASEMENT
The home also has a spacious basement with polished concrete floors and a
futon sleeper sofa. There is also a large flat screen TV, making this a great
spot for kids to watch TV, while maintaining peace and quite upstairs in the
main living area.

The home also offers a washer and dryer, off-street parking for one vehicle
