The home is located on the coveted sunny side of beautiful Telluride,
Colorado. A lovely family home, this is the perfect vacation rental home for a
private, tranquil escape. With gorgeous views form every room, this home is
the perfect retreat for your family. On the ground floor of the home is the
living room, dining area and open plan kitchen. There is also a bathroom on
this main level with a shower. On the western side of the kitchen is a patio
with a grill, tables and chairs. Up one level is the king master, a bunk
bedroom, a flex room with a futon and the second bathroom with a shower and
tub. Up one level again is an additional queen bedroom.

The home also has a spacious basement with polished concrete floors and a
futon sleeper sofa. There is also a large flat screen TV, making this a great
spot for kid's to watch TV, while maintaining peace and quite upstairs in the
main living area.

The home also offers a washer and dryer, free wifi, off street parking for one
vehicle and a residential parking permit for an additional vehicle.
