This is the rare unicorn that offers you a private pool for the duplex, private deeded beach access, as well as the ability to bring your 4 legged best friend! This property has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a spacious living area as well as a fully updated kitchen. This is the perfect home away from home for your family getaway.

The location is fantastic, a short walk or drive from all the best restaurants, shops, and fun in the sun for you to enjoy! Best of all the beach is just right across the street for easy access! The home has been fully updated, painted, new furnishings, new pool furniture and lounge chairs by the pool, and much more just for you to enjoy! The newly installed pool is ready for lots of fun in the sun and awesome memories of your vacation. Please note that the pool is 3-5 feet deep. We can't wait to hear about your fantastic stay at Sun Dreams!

Any reservations made prior to October 1st for the Winter Season (January and February) require a 60 day (two month) minimum. Reservations that do not meet this criteria are subject to cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations may be made for the winter months at a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

Additional Information:
Vehicle Registration Tags are required and may be purchased upon arrival or by contacting our office directly. 2 cars maximum.
Linens are provided however, please bring your own beach towels
The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.

Dogs are welcome, with a non-refundable pet fee of USD225 per pet, and a maximum of two dogs are allowed.
