LIVING AREA
A gas fireplace with stone surround brings the warm ambience of an upscale lodge to the first living area. Snuggle up on plush furnishings and watch favorite shows on the 50” smart TV.
The second living area features a large sectional and a 55” TV.
KITCHEN & DINING
Prepare hearty mountain meals in the modern kitchen, appointed with spacious granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Start your vacation days with morning coffee at the island bar for three.
When it’s time to eat, gather around the table for six in the dining area. (A card table and four chairs are provided for additional dining space.)
BED & BATH
This home sleeps 10 guests in five bedrooms and a loft area with a queen futon. There are additional accommodations for four children in bunk beds.
Sleep soundly on a stately king bed in the primary bedroom. The en-suite has a tub/shower combination.
The second bedroom holds a queen bed, while the third is furnished with a full-size bed. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination.
A plush queen bed promises restful nights in the fourth bedroom. Two twin-over-twin bunk beds await in the fifth bedroom.
The third bathroom includes a tub/shower combination, and a half bath provides added convenience.

Enjoy access to the nearby Club at Granby Ranch, featuring a hot tub and heated pool (open year-round) for a fee of $10/day per person. Children eight and under are free of charge; access is always subject to availability. The Club is located 0.8 miles from your vacation rental.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and parking for one vehicle in the garage and one in the driveway are provided.

No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. - The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. - All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. - If early check-in is available for your reservation, you will be notified by 9 a.m. on the morning of your arrival by email. Late check-out is offered whenever possible for a small fee. - No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises. - No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. How to Report Damage Please report accidental damage as soon as it occurs so we can assess and minimize the extent of the damages. Damage Waiver Additional Terms and Conditions The Damage Waiver only covers damage that occurs during the authorized rental period and that Renter or an authorized guest reports PRIOR TO CHECK OUT. The Damage Waiver does not cover intentional damage or damage caused by smoking, pets or other animals brought onto the Property, or criminal activity. The Damage Waiver does not cover damage to any structure other than the Property covered by your confirmed, non-fraudulent reservation. Renter is responsible for any accidental damage that exceeds $3,000. Damages for covered claims in excess of $3,000 or for uncovered claims will be charged to the Renters credit card.
