LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1900+ sq ft home with living room, ceiling fans, dining table for 8, beautiful floor to ceiling river rock fireplace with a gas log lighter, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 3 bath. First master bedroom has a king bed, ceiling fan, smart TV, and private bath with shower and double sinks. Second master bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan, smart TV, and private bath with shower and double sinks. Third bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan, and smart TV. Living room has a sleeper sofa. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stainless steel appliances, stove/oven, double door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more. Large kitchen island with counter seating.

AMENITIES - Smart TVs, Apple TV, streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Laundry area with side-by-side washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - Large rear deck with gas fire pit, gas barbecue, and plenty of room to enjoy the beautiful mountain air.

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 9 people (8 adults max). Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - over occupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
Pet fee $30 per pet per night (dogs only)
