Guests will be able to enter and exit the entire property freely. The home uses a keyless keypad entry for convenience.
Property is located in the heart of Monterey Park, close to many shops, restaurants, and major freeways.
House Guidelines:

* Pets: While we love furry friends, we have to maintain a no-pet policy to accommodate all guests, including those with sensitivities. Thank you for understanding!
* Guests & Events: To ensure everyone’s comfort and safety, we kindly ask that there are no parties, events, or unregistered guests. Please let us know in advance if you need to update the guest list!
* Ant Awareness: As we are in an area where ants are active, we recommend keeping food areas tidy and wiping up spills to avoid unwanted visitors. Your help in keeping things clean is greatly appreciated!
* Internet: We’ve equipped the home with fast internet! If you experience any connection issues, please check that the Google Nest Wi-Fi router on the nightstand is plugged in. Feel free to reach out for assistance!
* Respecting Quiet Hours: We want everyone, including our neighbors, to enjoy their stay. Please be mindful of quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am, and keep noise levels low during this time. Your cooperation helps maintain a peaceful atmosphere for everyone.
* Non-Smoking Home: For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking home, including e-cigarettes. You’re welcome to smoke outside, but please avoid smoking indoors to prevent extra cleaning charges..

Guest is required to provide a Refundable security deposit of USD 300 to be collected separately prior to arrival.
