Sterling Shores is under renovation for a beautification project in which they are working on all balconies and walkways to the condos. Due to this beautification process, one pool closest to the building may close in November very briefly. No other amenities will be affected. Renovations are currently in progress Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The renovation is set to be finished by 1/29/2026. If bad weather interferes with the beautification process, renovations could continue into February. If there are any updates, I will let you know. We have blocked down the units that are primarily affected by this construction. June-Labor Day is painting the exterior and should not cause much of a disturbance. After Labor Day, you may experience floor grinding noise and dust. We are sincerely sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you and we hope you enjoy your stay!

A private washer/dryer will help towels and swimsuits stay beach-ready. The family-friendly space includes a sofabed, in case someone feels like camping out in the living room. As part of your stay, guests will be able to access the shared pool, seasonal snack shack, fitness room, and gas grill! The shared outdoor shower will rinse off sandy toes before you head inside. Kick back in style at this bright retreat by the sea!

The beach is so close, you can pick up takeout from The Back Porch and enjoy it right on the sand! Beyond the beach, guests can take in 18 holes at the Emerald Bay Golf Club, just over four miles away. Henderson Beach State Park offers clear waters with plenty of wildlife to observe (and fish to catch!) just over one miles from the condo. Gator Beach, just over one mile from the condo, hosts free shows and exhibitions featuring one of Florida's most famous animals, including a rare albino alligator.

How to Report Damage Please report accidental damage as soon as it occurs so we can assess and minimize the extent of the damages. The Damage Waiver does not cover intentional damage or damage caused by smoking, pets or other animals brought onto the Property, or criminal activity.
