The Gulf-front family room offers not only a queen sofa bed but also a 65-inch 4KUHD TV with a Blu-Ray player for your viewing pleasure. The dining room table seats eight, with three additional stools at the peninsula.

For your extra comfort, the Gulf-front main bedroom has a memory foam bed, a 50-inch 4KUHD TV, lamps with built-in plugs for your charging needs, and a bathroom with double vanity and a tiled walk-in shower. The floor plan provides a spacious bedroom layout such that the bedrooms are not next to each other or across the hallway, providing extra privacy and noise reduction. The bunk room (which can also sleep adults) has sturdy custom built-in bunk beds with memory foam mattresses, a TV, a charging station, shiplap molding to the ceiling, and an adjacent full bathroom in the long private hallway. THINGS TO KNOW
Beginning on September 6th, 2023, the Sterling Breeze Homeowners Association will be starting a major elevator replacement project. During this time, there will only be one elevator operating on the property. There will be longer than usual waiting times during high occupancy.
Two beach chairs with umbrella rental are provided for the 2022 season.
There is a full kitchen and a kitchenette with a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
This rental is located on floor 7.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.




Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
