overlooking the pool and the Gulf of Mexico in the popular Silver Shells
complex. Gorgeous views abound from your own private balcony off the den and

The primary bedroom has a king bed and en-suite bathroom, with an absolutely
amazing walk in shower The other two bedrooms each have two super comfy queen
beds in each room. Maximum occupancy is 8.

open the door to the condo and you are stunned at the level of decorating
detail that this condo so exquisitely has. You have gorgeous emerald water
views from the kitchen, the den, and the primary bedroom. Finally, you've

offers miles and miles of walking and bike paths. Only 2 units per floor for
maximum privacy and security and 1900 square feet of luxurious living space.

Live music in summer, billiards, basketball court, video game arcade and you
are in walking distance to Ruth's Chris Steakhouse and the famous beach
restaurant and bar the Back Porch. There is even a candy shop within walking
distance.
