Your provided guest passes provide discounts to Tahoe Donner activities and facilities that include the Trout Creek Recreation Center, the Northwoods Pool (three miles west), downhill skiing, the cross-country center, the golf course, the equestrian center, the tennis center, and the Beach Club Marina on Donner Lake (six miles south). Following the Tahoe Donner HOA agreements, gatherings of people not renting the home are not allowed. Authorities will be notified if there is a party or large gathering in the home.
No excessive noise and/or trash
All exterior lights must be turned off between the hours of 10 pm and 7 am, seven days a week
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
