LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1458+ sq ft home with living room, TV, dining table, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath. Upstairs master bedroom has a queen bed, TV, balcony. Second bedroom has a queen bed and two twin beds. A sofa sleeper in the living room. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Cable TVs, along with fast WiFi. Board games and card games. Laundry area with side by side washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - Enjoy gorgeous views of Snow Summit from the front porch or deck! Charcoal barbecue!

PARKING - 1 car driveway

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 7 people (6 adults max). Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - over occupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction
