ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 3 bath. Upstairs master bedroom has a Cal king, smart TV, and private bath. Downstairs second bedroom has a queen bed. Bedroom three/loft bedroom has a double/twin bunk bed, futon, TV, and balcony. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Detached game room with pool table, arcade game, karaoke machine, smart TV, and custom bar with mini fridge. Board games and card games. Smart TVs, streaming apps along with fast WiFi. Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 9 people (8 adults max). Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - over occupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
