This family-friendly home offers access to two shared pools (heated during our cooler months), including a swim-up bar, ensuring endless fun in the sun. Enjoy incredible amenities, featuring two elegant resort-style pools heated during the winter season. There is a designated area on the beach with food services and air-conditioned bathrooms. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas can be rented through Guest Services. The Guest Services pavilion at Palmilla offers VIP wristbands for access to resort amenities.
When you arrive at Sip Sip Hooray, the impeccably decorated interior, with whimsical colors and tropical themes, offers a welcoming and unmistakable coastal charm. Once inside, the main level’s great room, complete with a cozy fireplace, is vast and bright, providing a place to relax, chat, or take in Netflix on the large flatscreen HDTV. The living area leads to the dining area, where six to ten can sit comfortably using the dining bench. It’s the ideal place for family game night, and many games and puzzles are available for your enjoyment. Of course, it provides a central place for breaking bread and sharing meals. For additional dining seating, there are four stools at the large kitchen island. In the kitchen, you will find a chef-worthy kitchen with high-end appliances, including a double oven, warming drawer, microwave, and dishwasher. We have provided both a coffee maker and a Keurig for your convenience, as well as a multitude of kitchen gadgets and tools to help you prepare home-cooked meals or warm up take-out from your favorite local restaurant.
Just around the corner from the kitchen, is the sand room, where you can come in, drop off all your sandy gear, and do a load of laundry. Outside, we have a patio, HDTV, enclosed yard, outdoor shower, and large grill, fantastic for relaxing, grilling, and letting the kids play freely while enjoying security and privacy.

The first bedroom is on the first floor and includes a plush queen-size bed, HDTV, and an ensuite bathroom with a free-standing tub and a large step-in shower with triple shower heads. An enclosed sunroom is attached to allow for quiet reading, meditation, yoga, and relaxation.
On the second level, there are four additional bedrooms. The second bedroom features a king-sized bed, an HDTV, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. This bedroom opens to a covered balcony where you can sit and enjoy the coastal breeze. The third bedroom also includes a king-sized bed, an HDTV, and an ensuite bathroom with a large tub. The fourth bedroom serves as our bunkroom, equipped with twin over twin and twin over full bunk beds, offering a spacious play area between the two bunks. The fifth and final bedroom is the primary suite, which contains a king-sized bed and an HDTV. The ensuite primary bathroom boasts a freestanding tub, a glass-enclosed shower with triple shower heads, a double vanity, and large closets. This bedroom also features a covered balcony that provides coastal breezes and a perfect spot for sipping coffee right outside your bedroom.

From the second level, you can also climb the stairs to the third-floor lookout space, offering views of the gorgeous Palmilla Beach community and the waters of the Gulf of Mexico from one window, as well as a view of the bay from another. This spot was built for sipping a cocktail, watching a movie, playing cards, or simply conversing.

All of our HDTVs offer Netflix streaming, and music can be played through the overhead speakers. We want this beach house to be your home away from home, providing many of the comforts you have at home with a touch of coastal luxury, allowing you to relax and enjoy while making connections with your family and friends.
