BUILDING AMENITIES: Silver Creek Lodge is just steps from the Silver Creek ski area, which provides great trails, terrain parks, and night skiing. Silver Creek is also home to the Coca-Cola Tube Park and Adaptive Sports Program. Lodge amenities include an indoor/outdoor swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness room, retail shops, dining options, Locker Room Sports Bar (located on the main level), parking on-site, elevators, public washer/dryer, free WiFi, free long distance dialing, and free Resort Shuttle Service that will transport you to the Western Territory slopes, The Village, or the slopes at Soaring Eagle. - The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license, and a selfie holding their driver's license for verification.
- A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking.
- No Pets - Pets found in non-pet properties are forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur a USD250.00 charge to the credit card on file.
- No Smoking
- No large gatherings
- Check in time is after 5:00 PM
- Check out time is 11:00 AM
- Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am
- Minimum age of reservation holder is 25
- No mailbox access will be granted, no exceptions are made.
- For homes with a private hot tub, a cleaning fee of USD100.00 is charged at the time of booking.
