This recently upgraded 2BR is in a prime location within the Silverado Condominium Community in the Napa Valley wine country. Perfect for a romantic getaway, wedding, business function, or group vacation, this condo is near the shared pool and a short stroll to the community's on-site spa, restaurants, and shops.

Your reservation includes two units: a studio and a 1BR (with an interior door between). There are no units above, ensuring a quiet stay. Each bedroom has its own attached bathroom, so two couples can enjoy privacy. These ground-floor units are conveniently located near the parking area for easy access.

INSIDE THE CONDO

The condo has a cozy living area with a comfortable sofa, fireplace, 42in flat screen TV, glass-top dining table for 4, and a sliding glass door leading to the private patio.

Cook the perfect meal to pair with a Napa wine in the spacious, updated kitchen, featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the cookware you need.

The master bedroom is located off the living area and boasts a plush California king bed and a 42in LG TV. The en-suite bathroom includes a large closet, vanity, and wide shower/tub combination.

The second bedroom also has a California king bed, 42in flat screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. This room features a private entrance as well as a mini-fridge, coffee maker, and microwave.

AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a shared pool (heated Memorial Day - Labor Day), and unassigned parking for 2 cars.

Although this privately owned condominium is located within the Silverado Resort Condominium Community, it is managed by Vacasa and is not affiliated with the Silverado Resort and Spa. Therefore guests will not be charged the $25/day resort fee that the Resort charges its guests.

While we recommend you explore the world-class restaurants, spas, and golf courses close by in Napa, you can also use some of the convenient Resort amenities. The Market and Bakery, Pro Shop, Spa Shop, The Grill Restaurant, Mansion Lounge, and the spa cafe are open to the public.

Vacasa guests will need to buy day passes to use spa services and the spa fitness center (must be 16+ to enter). Tee times on the Silverado golf courses are only available to Resort guests, Troon members, or in some cases may be booked for guests by a local golf pro. Other great courses are nearby, including Chardonnay and Eagle Vines.

Amenities not available to guests of this privately owned condominium include room service, bell service, property shuttle, Resort housekeeping, Resort engineering services, tennis lessons and camps, and the main Silverado Resort pool. (However, you may use the community pool located near your rental.) Please contact Vacasa if you have housekeeping needs or maintenance requests.

OUR LOCATION

Located on the Silverado Trail, the Silverado community is ideal for visiting the 400+ wineries and restaurants. The Trail is lined with world-class wineries offering tours, wine tastings, and breathtaking vineyard views. Some of our favorites include Darioush, Frog's Leap Winery, and Duckhorn Vineyards.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. - The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. - All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. - If early check-in is available for your reservation, you will be notified by 9 a.m. on the morning of your arrival by email. Late check-out is offered whenever possible for a small fee. - No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises. - No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property.
