LIVING SPACE - Spacious 2000+ sq ft home with living room, TV, ceiling fans, dining table, bar seating, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath. Upstairs master bedroom has a queen bed, smart TV, and bath. Upstairs second bedroom has a queen bed, smart TV, and bath. Upstairs third bedroom has two twin beds. Game room has a sleeper sofa. Living room has a Sleper sofa. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stove, double door refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - The highlight of this property is the fantastic game room, equipped with both an air hockey table and a pool table. Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 9 people (8 adults max). Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - over occupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
