beginning September 14th until April 23rd. This work will impact certain
buildings at a time but there will be scaffolding, construction workers, and
construction materials onsite during this time frame. Due to the scope of the
project loud noise may be possible as well as dust. Currently, this project is
not projected to impact any beach access.

also has partial views of the Gulf and you can access the balcony from the
