Amenities include central air conditioning and a private washer/dryer, not to mention floods of natural light. Two separate desk workspaces are set up just outside the kitchen, perfect for collaborating on remote projects. When you're ready to wind down, enjoy a cleansing session in the private sauna. There's plenty of space for your entire group to settle in here - take a seat on the deck and kick back.

THINGS TO KNOW
As is common in the Sedona area, this home does NOT have a Central Air Conditioning system.
The fireplaces are not for guest use.
A sofa bed in one of the bedrooms provides an extra sleeping space.
Baby gates are available for younger guests.
In order to operate vacation rentals within this city, we are required to provide a basic criminal background check for all guests. This requirement is for the safety and security of full-time residents and guests alike. To perform this check, we need a date of birth and a permanent address for the reservation holder.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
