This home has its own sweeping ocean view balcony that is equipped with a table and chairs for al fresco dining and a barbecue for when you need meal making to be easy.
The great room sports a beach chic living room with lots of comfortable seating, a wall-mounted flat screen TV, and slider access to the balcony - so indoor/outdoor living is really easy here.
The kitchen, has a breakfast bar with high-top stools for great ocean views. Right next to it is an inside dining area for 4, so everyone can eat together inside if desired. Note that there is only a convection oven in the kitchen, not a regular oven and there is no dishwasher.
There are 2 bedrooms - one with a queen bed and the 2nd with 2 twin beds, so this home comfortably sleeps 4 in beds. There is one full bath with a walk-in shower. All bed and bathrooms are furnished with a plentiful supply of premiere linens to ensure you are always comfortable.
Additional amenities include 1 car parking space in the garage on the right. The garage is from the 1960’s so it is neither tiny nor huge. Additional street parking is also available. There is also WIFI and cable and a washer and dryer in the garage that you may use.
This simple, but very adequate home, or combination of homes, will make a great home base to return to after your day’s adventures. And you may very likely create some memories that will last a lifetime.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with Vacasa Seasonals, Inc.

No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. - The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. - All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. - If early check-in is available for your reservation, you will be notified by 9 a.m. on the morning of your arrival by email. Late check-out is offered whenever possible for a small fee. - No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises. - No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected. - Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy. - Permit ID: SLP13355 - Due to local laws, regulations, or Homeowner Association rules, guests may be required to agree to additional terms of service. A signed paper contract is required to be completed and returned to Vacasa. - Property Specific terms: CANCELLATION POLICY There is a 60-day cancellation policy for this home. If the reservation is cancelled at least 60 days before check-in, the guest can receive a full refund minus the booking fee. If the reservation is cancelled after 60 days before check-in, the guest will not receive a refund.
