The lower level of the home allows direct access to a semi-private beach behind the dune, perfect for those windy days or for lounging while watching the little ones play in the sand. Wake up to the sounds of the ocean in the oceanfront primary bedroom, and enjoy bathrooms that were upgraded in 2021. You'll also be treated to a private washer/dryer, air conditioning, and an excellent midtown location with easy access to restaurants, shops, nightlife, and much more.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
