This house plan is unique in that the living area is centrally located, has 12-foot ceilings, and a fantastic view of the Gulf with surrounding bedrooms radially located to allow considerable privacy. As a bonus, there's a full-service laundry closet with an upscale washer/dryer! The great room has a comfy king sofa bed, a smaller sofa, and an oversized chair, which makes this room perfect for spending time with family. Settle down in front of the 50-inch 4K smart TV that offers satellite TV and a DVD player.

The double French patio doors along the Gulf side of the home offer picturesque views of the Gulf and the full-width covered porch. The living room opens into the dining room and kitchen, so you can cook for the family without missing the conversation. The vast, open kitchen is well-stocked with stainless steel cookware, beach-themed dishes, an under-counter ice maker, and stainless steel appliances, including a microwave, oven/smooth top cooktop, toaster, dishwasher, and coffee maker. An expansive bar gives you plenty of counter space for entertaining, and the dining room has a large table, with more seating at the island in the kitchen.

On the covered porch, you'll find plenty of rocking chairs and beach lounger seating for everyone to watch the surf roll in. Adjacent to the covered patio, guests will find a large open deck for sunbathing or simply watching Dauphin Island's world-famous sunsets! A stairway from the open deck to the beach area has a hot and cold-water shower platform! On the covered rear porch is a propane grill for those great afternoon cookouts and a 'grab-basket' guest closet stuffed with beach toys and surfboards.

There's plenty of room outside for the children to play in the sun and san, including a raised deck and picnic table underneath the home for playing/relaxing in the shade.

The main bedroom has a console chest and water views from your double French patio door. All the bedrooms have TVs, and one offers a comfortable, overstuffed chair - an excellent retreat for reading a book on a rainy day. The bedroom with the marine life theme also has a DVD player and is ideal for kids.

The Dauphin Island leash law requires dogs to be on a leash and properly secured when outdoors and also requires that dog waste from the vacation rental's yard, beaches, and public areas be picked up and properly disposed of.

No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. - The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. - All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. - If early check-in is available for your reservation, you will be notified by 9 a.m. on the morning of your arrival by email. Late check-out is offered whenever possible for a small fee. - No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises. - No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property.
