Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
For access to the pool/entertainment center, guests will need to pay $25 per day (per person) for an amenities pass at the Links Club House membership office. Guests may purchase up to six passes - it allows access to the pool and fitness center. Guests will have to fill out a form and then pick up passes membership center, located outside the golf pro shop. Kids under six years of age are free, and passes for guests 15 years and younger cost $10 per day.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
This rental is located on floor 1.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
