This spacious beachfront townhome is newly remodeled, offering all the great home comfort and ease you need for some well-earned rest and relaxation, right on US Scenic 98. Boasting three spacious floors with a total of five bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms, there will be plenty of room for the whole gang to spread out and find their own piece of paradise.

Starting with the lower level of the home, you will find a well-equipped kitchenette boasting a microwave, full fridge, and sink for whipping up tasty snacks or storing drinks to enjoy while watching a movie on the flatscreen TV. This floor is also home to two bedrooms including the bunk room for the kiddos, a full bathroom, and access to the lower deck to catch a glimpse of emerald waters or head out to the beach. Even the soaking tub has a Gulf view.

Head up to the mid-level and you will find the perfect place to entertain the whole gang! With six seats at the breakfast bar, two large sofas in the living room, and two dining tables, everyone will be able to gather for meals and movie nights with ease. Not to mention, the chef of the group will be in paradise with a fully equipped kitchen that will make preparing meals a breeze. When it comes to starting the day on a tasty note, don't hesitate to enjoy sipping a cup of coffee on the private beachfront deck. In the evenings, enjoy a glass of wine with a view. This level also features another bunk room and bathroom.

For those that want to hit the hay early and get a bit of privacy, the upper level completes the layout with two more bedrooms each with their own ensuite bathrooms. Not to mention, the private balcony off of the primary suite will spoil guests that are lucky enough to claim it!
