Welcome to this upgraded getaway offering a sports recreational center that extends from the renovated garage to the backyard. This space includes top-of-the-line table tennis set in the garage, a badminton set, corn hole, croquet, and a foosball table! Two new smart TVs and new paint throughout have also been added. To top it all of, a library was added, so you are in luck if you are a history buff.
This multilevel vacation home offers a lot of space, including a sunroom that can be used as another private sleeping area and an efficiency apartment over the garage that has sleeping accommodations, and a bathroom with a shower. Outdoor living space includes a large patio, covered porch, and upper deck.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Effective January 1, 2024, guest amenity passes will be provided at no additional charge. Fees still apply for golfing. The passes must be picked up and returned to the Vacasa local office and a fee of $50.00 for each lost/unreturned pass will be assessed.
The indoor pool is closed in the summer months.
Guests may reserve tee times for the on-site public golf course at the pro shop.
Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within ten days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
