The space
One of the nicest 3 bedroom beachfront condos on South Padre Island for families can be found at our unit at Saida.

This elegant yet functional full & new remodel is the largest of spaces as a corner unit with the double sized exterior patio. Out on the patio you will enjoy sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico with new dining and seating, plus a rare gas grill for great family BBQ while saving your family money on restaurants.

The open concept as you walk in shows a new kitchen open to dining table & living area with large windows to view the pools and beach. One very unique feature of the property is the long, skinny high table between the dining & living space that we find perfect for getting some work done with Coffee with the ability to see the pools & beach.

Ample bedding is important (it has it) as we do allow up to 10 guests. High speed wifi/internet with 4 smart flat screen TVs for movies with the family after a long day at the beach.

The condo is professionally managed with towels, linens, basic toiletries & soaps + start pack of trash bags / dishwasher pods / coffee, cream, & sweetener. Contactless entry is available. Saida has unique 24/7 professional security and 2 parking permits inside the are included.
